Silver Lotus is located in beautiful southern coastal Delaware. We are an Institute without walls providing a variety of healing & transformational Tai Chi and Qigong classes, workshops and teacher trainings in community based locations. We offer beginning through advanced level programs and specialize in the modification of movements to best suit the unique physical needs of each student.
We welcome all people, including folks with movement disorders, physical or medical limitations, emotional struggles, and different abilities, and we fully embrace diversity in all aspects.
